Over a two year period, this classic American Four Square, built in 1910, was upgraded with great consideration for restoring the architectural integrity of the house. The wood work, windows, leaded glad doors and flooring were all retained and not painted or replaced, as so many developers tend to do using their spray guns. The energy efficientcy was restored with new storm windows.
